The Yoonu Digital Migration (YoMiDi) program travels across Senegal to offer a series of training courses in digital tools, aimed at strengthening the skills of young people and proposing concrete alternatives to irregular migration.

The training modules cover a variety of areas: shooting and video editing via smartphone, computer graphics, website creation, digital marketing, mastering social networks, creating and managing YouTube channels, online sales , among others.

Already, the regions of Dakar, Ziguinchor, Saint-Louis and Louga have hosted the YoMiDi teams as part of the testing phase. More than 100 young people have been trained, including unemployed youth, entrepreneurs without digital skills, graduates, students, pupils or even young people who have interrupted their schooling.
This program, implemented with the support of EDC Senegal and funded by the Mastercard Foundation , aims to offer young Senegalese sustainable economic opportunities through digital technology, while helping to stem irregular departures abroad .
